Summer agenda #5 COMPLETED!

Mi novio took me to the 50th State Fair for our first official date and it couldn't have been more picture perfect! The weather was nice and there were hardly any lines, even though I wouldn't have mind waiting. We rode most of the scary rides including the Zipper (my first time!) & Pharaoh's Fury and we were disappointed when the ferris wheel broke, but luckily, it started working again right before we were about to leave so we hopped on ^__^ I honestly couldn't have imagined doing anything better and it was nearly impossible for me to stop smiling (unless we were being flung through the air).

He took me to Yanagi Sushi afterward for dinner and it was so yummy! The way to my heart is definitely through my stomach ^__^ Seriously though, throughout my 6 years of relationship experience, not one of my previous boyfriends ever took me to a restaurant as nice as this (well, maybe once, but I ended up paying). In all honesty, all of them combined could never make me feel this happy and special. I'm so in love <3

He even bought me the prettiest roses too! > w < It's the first time any guy has ever gotten me flowers (besides prom). I set them in my living room and now every time I pass by, they remind me of him and I have to look down to hide my smile so that my parents don't think I'm crazy.

Luckiest girl in the world? I think so!

I went from being someone who I thought he never even knew existed to being the girl of his dreams and I couldn't be more ecstatic! I'm experiencing physiological side effects just from being ridiculously happy -- I can hardly sleep, I don't feel like eating (for the first time ever), and my cheeks hurt from smiling too much. Believe it or not, but my skin has also become 10x healthier..probably due to all of the positive energy that's been surging through my system especially when he holds my hand or kisses my forehead ^__^ He's the sweetest, most honest, and caring person I've ever met and I have no idea what I did to deserve him.

Yesterday marked my 3 year anniversary working at T&I (my first and only part-time job) and I'm planning to celebrate by indulging in a new outfit for my date tomorrow! Here's to another year (and a half..quite possibly) of dealing with the crazies and working with my besties!

Review: Make Up For Ever HD High Definition Foundation

The sales associate who helped me suggested I use 120 after testing it on my skin and it seemed to blend well into my jawline so I bought it since it seemed like my skin needed a little more coverage when I wore my circle lens. I used it a couple of times and really liked the finish of it prior to applying MAC Studio Careblend Pressed Powder, but the shade ended up being way too light for my actual skin tone. Luckily, Sephora has the most awesome return policy and I got my money back with the intention of saving it to buy another shade, but not before asking for a sample (123) just in case it didn't match again!

My friend and I were having a conversation about messed up eyebrows and all I remember was her saying, "Yah, but yours aren't TOO bad." I'm not sure if she was referring to the overall shape or what, but it started to get under my skin, so with much pain, I decided to regrow my eyebrows a couple of weeks ago. I felt so gross for not plucking or trimming them especially because I had been meeting with a special someone and didn't want them to see me like that >__< I finally went to get them waxed yesterday @ a small salon in Windward Mall and the whole time the beautician kept saying, "OH MY GAWT! OH MY GAWT! YOU OVAPLOCK! DON DO DAT!!" Man, was that embarrassing.

I was somewhat pleased with the results..still getting used to them just because my eyebrows are normally thinner. I trimmed them once I got home though since I couldn't stand seeing the random strands of thick and thin hair. I also changed the color from mahogany to dark taupe using my old UD Brow Box in Honey Pot & NYX AUTO eyebrow pencil in #EP07 Charcoal:

..My circle lens came in! @__@ I opted for the standard shipping and waited the full 3.5 weeks! I'll definitely expedite if I ever make another purchase, but I think I'll be pretty good for awhile now!
